Okay, so since everyone and their kitchen sink is freaking out about the secret ending movie for Final Mix, I thought I'd do my general freak-out, too. XD Because speculation and theorizing with extremely limited information is hella fun!
The best copy I've seen of the secret movie (with SOOOOUND) is on KH-vids (scroll down a bit). The KHU version has subtitles, but the picture quality is awful and the subtitles are really minimal, anyway (and make no sense in typical mysterious-Nomura-fashion). And...HOLY CRAAAP. The secret movie's exciting, but it's also SCARY! Just so many parts in it were much more violent than I would have imagined! D: Although I guess if Disney can totally let Pirates of the Caribbean get away with all that, there's no reason why they can't let KH, too... Just, uuuugh! Parts were really hard to watch, and adding the sound made it even scarier!
Okay, so we've got a few dudes: FreakyAnsem!Dude, who splits into two people, and one of them becomes Venom!Dark!Riku. Then there's the three armored Keybladers: YellowEyed!Dude, BlueHaired!Chick (Yes, she IS a chick. Please to be getting over the whole OMG IT'S IENZO thing, fandom.) and then Frozen!Kid.
First things first: Nomura has specifically said that none of the armored Keybladers are Sora, Riku, Kairi OR ROXAS. So no, Frozen!Kid is not Roxas, even if the eyes and hair look really frecking similar. I'm sure there's some significance to the fact that they look similar, but that significance is not because OMG ROXASICLE.
I was chatting with
tegurunrampant, and she had theories that made sense to me: that FreakyAnsem!Dude and Venom!Dark!Riku is the result of a time paradox: two "Ansems" in the same place at the same time. Her idea was that it was a much older, twisted Riku from the future: hence why FreakyAnsem!Dude was able to actually use a Keyblade. (We've seen Riku use a Keyblade, obviously, but Ansem and his incarnations has never seen to use one.) It would also explain why he "splits" into a figure that closely resembles Dark!Riku's outfit. The whole origin of Ansem and that splitting into two people deal seems to be the most speculation, though...heck, that whole part could just as easily be metaphorical. Nomura's even said that only part of the secret movie is significant to the next game which makes me want to smack the man.
Whatever kind of Ansem FreakyAnsem!Dude is, he is FRIGGING ASS POWERFUL. Holy crap. Even with three Keybladers going after him, he pretty much beats their sorry armored asses from here to Twilight Town. Now we do know that none of the armored guys are characters we already know, or at least aren't any of the main characters. Buuut, here's thoughts on who they may really be.

Yes, she's definitely a chick. There was already the belief that one of the Keybladers was female with their particular armor, and Hey! Now here's a chick. She looks like she could be related to Kairibut that could easily be the fact that Nomura is not that great at character variation. Since I think this whole scene takes place in the past (more on that in a bit) my idea is that it's a distant ancestor of Kairi's...and someone in particular! Remember the grandmother telling the story about the worlds being formed to chibi!Kairi in KH1? She knows, because she was there! XD
Aside from that, BlueHaired!Chick is pretty awesome, especially with that spectacular dive to save Frozen!Kid when he was tossed off the cliff. I think she's my favorite mysterious armored Keyblader so far. XD

Oh no, Frozen!Kid! (I feel kinda awful even posting this picture, just because that whole scene and this image make me feel ill. DX) First off, despite the fact that what FreakyAnsem!Dude does would have killed any non-video-game-character, Frozen!Kid is not dead. You can see his eyes move a bit in that shot.Although he's pretty much gonna be traumatized for life. And he's not Roxas, nor do I think he's even an ancestor of Sora. But the fact that he looks similar (and seems to be a similar age) means there must be some kind of connection. I'm thinking it's a connection of spirit; something in Frozen!Kid got passed on to Sora down the line. It's clear he's important to the whole debacle: YellowEyed!Dude holds him back when they first charge at FreakyAnsem!Dude, BlueHaired!Chick puts a protect spell around him even when she's reeling from serious injury, and BlueHaired!Chick and YellowEyed!Dude both completely freak out when he's captured and iced.
I think it's a matter of Sora having to succeed where Frozen!Kid failed. The fact that his Keyblade completely breaks during the fall (and holy crap, for a while I thought it was HIS ARM that had broken off! D8;;;) is kind of a big deal. Whatever importance Frozen!Kid had or was supposed to do, methinks getting iced and his Keyblade broken and thrown off a cliff kinda nixed that. So it'll be up to Sora come the next game (whatever role that may be; I think his participation is gonna be less than other games) to pick up that slack. "You're the Key that connects everything," and all that.

YellowEyed!Dude! Or at least, his eyes turn yellow after FreakyAnsem!Dude revealed KINGDOM HEARTS IN THE SKY HOSHI- People have said Saix (uhh, no?) and Leon (BZUH?!), but
tegurunrampant actually suggested that YellowEyed!Dude is a younger Xehanort. His hair is much closer to Xehanort's style than it is anyone else's, and thusfar the only people we've seen with those particular orange-yellow fiery eyes have been incarnations of Ansem: Ansem the Wise, Xehanort, Xehanort's Heartless, and Xemnas. Since the orange-yellow eyes seem to be an indication of someone steeped in a ton of darkness (Ansem the Wise did experiment with it first, after all), I would take the fact that his eyes change color as a Bad Thing. It may have been what FreakyAnsem!Dude was after all along: to take control of YellowEyed!Dude, who would eventually become Xehanort. After a convenient memory wipe of all this, naturally.
And finally:

HOLY SHIZ BITCHES IT'S MICKEY MOUSE AND HE'S HERE TO PWN YOU ALL
While the OMG IT'S MICKEY shot seems like almost an afterthought, I think there's actually a LOT of significance to it, and it's the basis for my reasoning of why the whole secret movie takes place in the past.
- THAT KEYBLADE HE HAS. We've always seen Mickey with the inverse Kingdom Key; it's his generic weapon. He uses it all the time in both KH1 and KH2. And yet here, he's using the Star Seeker; a Keyblade that in KH2 wasn't horribly significant. (Not significant like Oathkeeper and Oblivion are, anyway.) Why that Keyblade? Why here? I think there's a clue based in the fact that this is the Keyblade you get from Yen Sid, and Yen Sid was King Mickey's teacher. This could be a younger!Mickey, just coming off of his training with Yen Sid.
- That, coupled with the fact that Mickey's clothes are primarily black and white. Just coming out of the Timeless River era, anyone? So basically, because this is past!Mickey, putting this entire scene in the past. Nomura has said that the next game will take place in both the past and future, after all. So time paradoxes, Keyblading ancestors and spiritual hero lineage are all possibilities for it!
...Or if Deep Dive as shown in KH2 is any indication, I could be horribly wrong and this whole secret movie will end up being of minimal importance to the next game. XD But dammit, until then it's tons of fun to theorize!
Drawing: I'm behind, and can't catch up! Aaaargh! But I worked some more on the cast pic yesterday!
Writing: Three things at once, practically?! Will probably start le sporkings today!
