Some total moron was being chased by the cops up our street and hit the massive speedbumps going way-too-many MPH and smashed into my car and now it is totaled.

Also he smashed his truck into the gas line so it was leaking gas everywhere and then he tried to keep running from the police by, y'know, jumping off the damn cliff or something

Because he was trying to run from the police by going uphill to a dead end on top of a fucking mountain surrounded by cliffsides seriously that is pure brilliance of action

So now Falcon Peak has been totally smashed up
Ffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

( Whole lot of cursing about insurance here, watch out )

In barely-slightly-vaguely related news, I think I'm going to try and start swimming every day that I can. The weather's been pretty nice, I've got a good swimsuit that doesn't get nearly enough use, I like to swim, and swimming is supposed to be one of the best exercises you can do. Losing a little weight would be nice, but first and foremost I just need to be more fit. I just need to get off my lazy butt and do it. Maybe tomorrow or Saturday I can start.

Also, I now have almost 15 pages worth of notes for an Okami speed run that I ironically do not have time for. D8 SOMEONE PLEASE STOP MEEEEEEEE

...Well, there goes an hour's worth of work in ZBrush. RRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH. And I really liked how the work came out, too. X(

I open my character animation project to do some work. And lo and behold, what do I get?

And do I have an ASCII version of it? OF COURSE NOT! Which means I get to redo hours' worth of animation! OH JOY AND RAPTURE AND SUNSHINE AND PONIES.

So much for getting home at a decent hour tonight.

...I just got smacked upside the head with a Maya User's Worst Nightmare:

I lost the last FOUR HOURS of work I did on the Strahl! Now I have to completely redo the bottom half of the main piece and a bunch of the smaller pieces! DX AAAAAARRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHH WRRRYYYY. MAYA YOU SUCK. I WAS THIS CLOSE TO BEING COMPLETELY DONE!

*trudges back to start over on bottom hull*

Tiny note to self: Go me for saving multiple files of the entire project. Otherwise, the entire model would be gone and I would've lost weeks' worth of work. ALWAYS DO THIS IN THE FUTURE, KTHX.
