I have another post to do later, but for now, I’ll just go ahead and post this:

I have a big ol’ request for people on my flist, related to something I asked a long while back. I want to do an action-oriented storyboard for portfolio purposes, preferably of established characters so that I can show I can do that. However, I really don’t know where to begin with that, since I don’t have any story ideas. But I know many on the flist are more into current action-based or superhero shows than I am, and have a better grasp on the characters and such, so I am wondering if some will help!

The request is thus: write out an action scene for me, and I’ll turn it into a storyboard for you! I just have these parameters:

- Have the scene be no more than a page long (so super short for you!)
- Have it include at least three characters; four or more is fine
- Have it include some kind of big action involving all the characters: a fight, a chase, etc.
- It must involve established characters from a current or recent series (such as Young Justice, any other current superhero shows, TMNT, A:TLA, etc.)
- It can be something new, or something plucked from a fanfic you’ve done in the past, it doesn’t matter.
- It can be prose or script format; whichever you prefer.
- Links to good episodes to look at that your scene is based on are helpful!

New Lunargyros page is up this week; read it here. I just finished a massive chunk of pages at once (at least compared to what I usually do) so I may do another double update month later.

Went in for an interview today at a studio in Culver City...not for a paid job, but for an unpaid internship, but it would still be good to do because experience/references/resume padding/etc. So, hoping that that'll work out! I won't hear about it for weeks, though.

Aaaand I have finished up the rest of the MLP requests! I think at this point, if I do any more ponies they'll be commissions only, since I unfortunately do have other projects to get to. |D like reindeer story stuff, aaaugh I'm so behind

As said before...GOT SUCKED INTO THE PONIES. WHY ARE THEY SO. CUTE.
And then Kia wrote some fic and it was equally cute, so I went and drew Terra, Aqua, Ven (and Vanitas) as ponies...

And drawing ponies is fun. Soooo...it's request time again! Comment here with any character you want, fandom or original, and I'll draw them as a pony. Only doing the new style MLPs, because that's what I've seen and know right now. Also helps if you can suggest a cutie mark for them if I don't know the character well. XD

It may take me awhile to finish requests since I am buried underneath a self-inflicted mountain of Lunargyros and other things, but I'll post finished ponies in a separate post.

I might be having some work coming soon...not the egg I mentioned earlier, but a nice alternative in case that egg doesn't hatch, at least in terms of it hopefully lasting longer than a couple of days. However, the turnaround is very fast on a lot of work, so I can't help feeling nervous. I suppose it can't be much worse than the animation I had to do for Growth, but we'll see. My least favorite part of this industry is the hurry-up-and-go...I'll be much happier once I know what I'm doing and how much time it'll take. @_@

AAAAAAAAAAND AT LAST, I have completely finished the National Pokedex in Platinum! Everything has been seen and caught! I ACTUALLY HAVE CAUGHT 'EM ALL, WOOOOO

Otherwise, I think I'm finally starting to get over this persistent cold...at least, I really hope so. Although I'm starting to wonder if that Claritin I took is having an effect on me...I feel overly-awake, a little jittery, and my heartbeat is up. 8(

I feel like doing another art request post all of a sudden. So, the first five people to comment can request any animal, creature, character (fandom or original) to be done in the sort of color-cutout style used in this picture. Just the first five only since those thingies can take awhile to do.
