Anything particular to say? Well, just for starters, here's some art and writing!

Was having a blast in the Tron world recently (and I now have much love for the MCP!), and I figured there wasn't enough love for the Tron world, anyway. So I tried to figure out Space Paranoids outfits for Riku and Kairi. Yay, shiny!
The coloring and background were kinda ghetto...I used only gradients for all the shading. But I guess that's okay 'cause it's, uh, computer-y? :D;;

Decided to do some life-drawing last Sunday during church. Only problem is, I'm always looking at the back of everyones' heads! X( Kinda tried to draw the preacher, too. Oh, and obviously the nekkid figure in the bottom right was not actually drawing somebody in church.
I really need to go to the beach sometime soon for a several long hours and do some serious figure-drawing. Especially since the weather's been getting so much warmer lately!
And lastly, here's a short drabble I posted to
kh_drabble A few days ago. I liked how it came out, yaay! ^^
Title: Girl's Best Friend
Challenge: None
Wordcount: 191
Characters: Kairi, Pluto (Pluto's POV)
Spoilers: slightly spoilery for the last world in KH2
He's not sure why he feels the need to stay beside her. But she smells like salt water and sand and fresh flowers, and that makes him think of sunlit walks in the garden with his master. She's a sweet smell of home in a world where everything else smells metallic and sterile.
For a long time she just paces around, sometimes yelling outside the steel bars, and sometimes talking to him. But for a brief time something hits her, something cold and heavy that even he can sense, and she curls up in the corner to cry.
And suddenly the flower smell is wet, like the garden during a rainstorm, and he wants the sun back out. So he nuzzles beneath her arm until she remembers he's there, and automatically reaches up to scratch behind his ears. Her thin fingers are just perfect for it, and that gets his tail thumping.
Before long she's scratching harder because it makes his tail thump faster, and it feels so good he almost collapses into her lap. She laughs, and that laugh chases away the rain clouds. He's found his sunlit garden again.
It's gonna be dang busy this weekend. Gotta help people move, go meet Scott for some more career-counseling stuff on Friday, and obviously work and crap. :P Still wanna go see The Da Vinci Code...I guess that'll have to be on Monday, though.
I'm going to try and start doing DDR for half an hour every morning that I can (which should be every day except Wednesdays and Sundays, I believe). I've been out of practice for awhile and need to get back into it, plus I really need the exercise. I think even just half an hour nearly every day will help. *will definitely stick to such a schedule this time! XO* Although I miss having DDR Extreme 2, since that has some good songs on it and it's really dang challenging, so I might go out and buy a copy.
And...out of all the sporked fics on the KH sporking comm, why do the authors always find the ones that Tegu and I do? D: Maybe I should really stop advertising when I do sporks here... /obviousduh
Drawing: Finished these! I also started drawing an original pic that I'm going to spend a lot of time on, with colored pencils and a big and overly-complicated background. :3 Haven't done one of those in awhile, plus I really need to do more original art, and I need stuff for portfolios. I'm still really pleased with how that Snow Phoenix pic from back in December turned out, so I think it's about time for another one of those.
Writing: Haven't worked on Lost Worlds since last time, but since I don't think we're sporking tomorrow after all, I'll work on it during work then. ^^ (Work on it...during work...wow, check that in to the Department of Redundancy Department).
