Just KH today

I feel like I'm in kind of a weirdo-place today...kinda caught between wanting to encourage myself and finding myself discouraged by others and myself. I don't really know what to do about it.

Day 16 - Favorite World Form Change

Most definitely Pride Lands form. *see icon* The Lion King is still my favorite Disney movie, and when I first found out that they were going to have a TLK world in KH2 AND Sora would get to be a lion, I seriously went into this fangasm mode and had a big, stupid grin on my face for three hours straight. No lie. Even if they didn't stick to the story that well in KH2, I just love running around the world and being all lion-y.

And every time Goofy went spinning as a turtle, I had to resist the urge to yell GAMERAAAAAAAA

I mean, the entire thing was pretty awesome but it just took it to a whole other level with that last bit @__@

I HOPE THIS TOO! Though, uh, Armor and Gliders don't seem to be just a 'Master' thing so I'm wondering where they would get those ~~and maybe get one for Mickey this time around~~

Yeah, it's like...we KNEW all this stuff would be true anyway, but now we finally have it laid out as what will be going on 8D

Hmm true, but I'm hoping now that since someone is willing to actually give them a mark of mastery exam, they'll also be able to explain the armor and gliders. XD ~~And Mickey totally needs those 'cause it'd be bitchin~~

Sora would probably have a reaction similar to when Ven first activated his armor in the game...only possibly more intense? And I would LOVE to see Sora's reaction to the glider. "MY KEYBLADE CAN DO WHAT"

FUCK YES, and by FUCK YES I mean omg what omg yes forever omgggggggggggggg.

(Also I have to admit that I am now once again holding out hope for Kairi to help them out on their journey, because obviously they are leaving for the TEST. Which she can't do since even if she's a weilder, she's not experienced enough.)

Also does this mean Sora gets to learn advanced magic because after BBS I want Sora to learn advanced magic LIKE BURNING.

...oh man, something just occurred to me: what if they're setting KH3D up to be an extended Test of Mastery in a virtual world? I mean, obviously they CAN make virtual worlds.

Also I want to know what Mastery exactly means and WHAT THE HELL does this mean the Organization will be back in some way or form.

I am just all eeeeeeeee all over again.

(Me too, because dammit, I'm tired of Kairi always getting left behind! Even if she has to stay home to work something else with her princess of heart powers that's okay, just as long as she gets to do something! It's so unfair to her.)

Aaaah that would be epic awesome. Having Sora learn stuff like time splicer or mine shield or any of those other moves would make my year *_*

My (probably incorrect) theory thusfar is that KH3D will take place entirely in Sora's heart, and that dudes will have to journey through his memories in there to find the data that Ansem hid, because it's needed somehow. But virtual worlds to train in could also be possible, which would be an insaaaane mark of mastery test. XD

If any of the Org does come back (I'm actually betting most won't, if any do, since they have no real stake in what Master Xehanort is after), it'd be Braig. Because HE IS ALWAYS UP TO WEIRDNESS.

I need to go to bed (orz east coast) but I will say that I do hope that we find out what the heck Braig wants to get out of all of this. If he's done all of it for the lulz, I sincerely hope we get to eviscerate him. With Kairi. With a girly, frilly keyblade. Because that is not on.

...and KH3D could be both, you know. Inside Sora's heart AND a test of mastery (though it would leave out the virtual world part.)

I admit that what I find most exciting is to hear the whole remerging thing that Nomura talked about before IN GAME. I mean, Nomura sometimes...okay, sometimes he blatantly lies to us. But this was true! And relevant! That whole movie is just. ♥

Yeah, it was REALLY nice to see that actually come out as actual dialogue, instead of just vaguely mentioning it in-game and then filling in the rest with Word-of-God! *coughtnewbornSoraconnectingwithVencough*

I just choked on my nachos when I got to the end of the video.

OMG the whole video I was "LOL I knew it, heartless got released, then the nobody, now we get ~~Spock~~ Xehanort resurrected" and then it's like "Xehanort had help" OMFG WUT WHY? OH GOD MORE EVIL IS AT FOOT (omg yen sid is awesome... he's going to be so important to the next game)

And... then... MARK OF MASTERY test with Riku and Sora!?? OMFG. O.M.F.G. :D

... Can I have a trinity party of Sora, Riku and Mickey plskthx??? Is it too much of me to ask that this is part of KHIII's plot? And when does BBS:FM come out? There's supposed to be ubber awesome secret video there too...

We had heard it mentioned before AND NOW IT'S FINALLY IN A GAME, AAAAAAAH
And GEEZ I think the return of Xehaspock is enough evil to last us multiple games, WHY DO WE NEED EVEN MORE.
(And yessss Yen Sid is finally getting to do more! I look forward to it...)

I'm not too big on this myself, sadly, because once again it's all about Sora and Riku. Kairi is neglected once more even though she has a Keyblade and, while not ready for a Mark of Mastery test, should at least be brought for training. Already this shafting has gotten people in the fandumb going "Lolz, Kairi's so useless!", and that Sora and Riku are just involved in this (which I assume will occur in the 3DS game with them as the main characters) will just start a new rennaisance of Sora/Riku bullshit from the yaoi fangirls. At this point, I'm starting to fear for Kairi's future in this series. Like, say, Sakura from "Naruto" or Orihime from "Bleach", she may fall pray to sexist writing. And it won't be the writers the fans blame: it'll be her. SIGH.

I'll wait and see what happens before assuming it'll be all about the boys, but yeah, I wish they'd give the girl a chance to go out and do a few things, too! Even a little bit, since obviously she's not ready for mark of mastery yet. But she may also be doing some princess-of-heart thing at home that doesn't require combat; at least I hope it's one of those two.

Really, at this point, the fans are gonna throw bitchfits about anything. They complained when she did nothing in KH1, and they complained when she got a Keyblade and fought Heartless in KH2. There's just no pleasing some people 8|

But from what I'm gathered from the comments, Master Sora and Riku sound all kinds of crazy awesome 8D
