New Lunargyros page went up on Tuesday, here. Only one more page, and then chapter two will be DONE! Holy crap! I can't believe two chapters have already gone by...then again, the chapters will probably be much longer from here on out.

Urk, the end of the term is fast approaching! I may have to clock in even more hours at school to get done everything I need...I know tomorrow I have to film my animation, for one.




I spent so many hours working on this today, and all I got done was...a teensy piece of Balthier's Strahl. But dammit, I'm happy with this teensy piece! It took so long because I had to go back and redo a ton of lofts and fillets that somehow kept getting broken. But at least now the geometry's pretty clean! I'm actually excited to work on the rest, even though it's going to be sooo much work...





I thought I was going to do the human head for my final in Poly Modeling, but since I'm a lot farther along with the car, I think I'll finish that off instead. And I'm having fun with this one, too, since it's a Delorean (aka the 'Back to the Future' car) and Deloreans are badass. I've wanted one ever since I got to ride in a friend's Delorean when I was younger, and those things are FAAAST. Not that I'd, you know, ever be able to afford a Delorean, considering they don't make them anymore. But it'd still be badass to have one.



Everyone else seems to be really enjoying their environments for game texturing, but I'm not as much. Probably because I made the mistake of picking the Pendleton building. Seriously, how the hell do you make the Pendleton building fun and interesting? NOT EASILY. So uck, boring model. D: At least, after several wrong tries, the reflection maps and normal maps are working properly.


I'll be going to Disneyland next Thursday with Lisa, Lauren and her boyfriend! If any of my AP-holding friends have the day off on Thursday, wanna come meet me there? We can hang, and you can meet some of my school buddies. :3
Speaking of tickets, does anyone know the cheapest way I can, er, pay for this next Thursday? How much are those park-hopper passes you can get at the grocery store? (Or Costco?) I just want to know what's the cheapest thing I can do, otherwise I may ask Lisa's boyfriend to get me a ticket with his military discount...
