Artalicious things
New Lunargyros page got posted on Tuesday for the curious and not-sick-of-me-yet.

And since I can't think of what else I was going to say, here's some recent fanarts. (KH, durr.) I'm sure everyone else has already seen them twice or something, but just in case not, here they be again.

The coloring on this suuucks 'cause it was rushed, but this was just sitting on my hard drive collecting dust, so I decided to put it up. :P
I watched Cars a few times with my family over the winter break, and since apparently I can't watch a Disney-related movie without thinking OOH NEW FORM, here's the (somewhat cracky) result.

From when I was ridiculously sick at work and just started doodling. Wyverns are totally my favorite Heartless. ♥ Except I did it from memory, so I think some of the anatomy was wrong.

That, and I drew it on the back of some other advertisement-thing, so I had to mess with brightness and contrast to knock out the letters in the back.

Wyvernssssssssssss ♥

There is also pr0ns, but I didn't think anyone here really wanted to see that. Unless they do. XD;;

Also, I started some (really crappy) Lunargyros sketches, but I haven't had the chance to scan them yet. Maybe I'll try and take pictures of some of the life drawing sketches I've done for that class. I liked the model we had yesterday; he did good poses.

Except...I'm really not certain how much I'm getting out of that class, at this point. :/ There's no focus on the real anatomy of the figure, but more on how you render it in the charcoal. I don't feel like the way that I draw the human figure is improved any in my comics, for one thing...if anything, it seems to be getting harder for me, and they're coming out worse. Maybe it's because I'm still using my old method of approaching drawing a human, but the way it's done in the class is done far too slow for my tastes, and doesn't really deal with the lines so much as the shades. Not so helpful for comics. XP Well, I paid for the class and I only have two more weeks before full-time school starts anyway, so I might as well stick it out...

It also doesn't help that it's apparently asjdksadjla impossible for me to SHARPEN THE PENCILS WITHOUT BREAKING THEM. 8D

Drawing: Toning tonight, need to do a contest entry and still the other fanart. Always busy... @_@

Writing: Fic is coming along!
