This be a Christmas present for wyna_hiros. It's a scene from a short FF7 ficlet she wrote called "Poker Face," which you can read here.




I don't know FF7 nearly well enough, having never played it, so hopefully this came out okay. I have no clue if Cloud or Red XIII are actually in that scene, buuuut...they're just buying stuff and waiting for Cid to bet away the important stuff? XD Also tried that low-opacity shading again, and I think it looks better, but still needs a little work.

Drawing: Finished this, and I also toned two pages of the short comic. I'm waiting for feedback on them before I do the rest. So instead, I'm coloring in that other fanart. XD *need to do some normal sketching, too...*
