Got this one from the food network magazine and my parents keep asking for them, so:

Taco burgers

- Make your basic hamburger patty- I like to mix a bit of lean and a bit of chuck so it's still kinda healthy, sort of. Sprinkle each side with oregano, chili powder and cumin.
- Grill burgers. Grill the buns if you want, too
- Assemble burgers like-a-so: bun, guacamole, burger, shredded cheese, a small scoop of rotel tomatoes, and either lettuce or a few tortilla chips for crunch, bun.

Here's my mom's guacamole, too:

Mix one avocado with probably.. around a quarter cup of diced onions and tomatoes, and one or two diced jalepenos, minus seeds. Or with a few seeds if you like spice. Add salt, pepper and fresh cliantro to taste.

You can substitute the guacamole for something else taco-ish if you don't like avocados. I like to buy mini potato buns and make taco burger sliders, then I usually slice up a potato and bake them in the oven with olive oil/salt/pepper for cheap homemade fries.
