So, I just got back from seeing X-Men 3! Yay! I'd heard bad things, so I think I was able to go in with low expectations and be pleasantly surprised. I think not really knowing the comic book canon also kept my brain from exploding. They threw in a lot of characters and barely had time to let them breathe, but at least it was still fun to watch and there were EXPLODING THINGS. Although there was not enough Angel for my severe wing fetish tastes.

So now I just need to go see it a second time and take notes! Except practically everyone else in the house is going tonight, when I just saw it this morning... ;_;

Whelp, back to work!

Drawing: Finished all these, so now it's coloring time on the Gargoyle pic and another pic! I really want to hear back from the Comic Con person so I have a better idea of what stuff to put into a portfolio...I'm thinking now it might be a good idea to have two different ones: one for sequential art, like comic book companies, and one for concept art like for animation. :P (Although maybe the DVD reel is better for that...)

Writing: Am now doing an art hour with Tegu, yay, so I've written more on Lost Worlds!
