Huh? You say it's Christmas in just a few days? Could've fooled me.

Seriously, it doesn't feel like Christmas to me at all. I haven't really done the usual of listening to Christmas music or watching old Christmas videos (except when we went on a watch-different-versions-of-A-Christmas-Carol awhile back) and got my shopping done long ago. All my usual holiday-ish habits seemed to have either diminished, or gotten out of my system early. It's so bizarre. Argh, I'm not supposed to be feeling this old yet! I blame the persistent lack of cold weather, constant midnight work shifts and KH2 taking over my brain for this mess entirely.

In any case, I'm heading home to spend time with the family after late work tonight, so I will probably not be online at all until, say, Tuesday. Which may end up being a good thing, considering nearly everywhere I look someone's going "HEY GUESS HOW KH2 ENDS!! :D" *curses the internet*

Operator status: Anybody calling late on Dec. 22nd and expecting someone to actually be in the office has some serious issues.

Drawing: Well, I got the go-ahead to start tones for the short comic! I'm a little nervous on this part, because I think toning is my weakest point, and I'm pretty much stuck with trying to make grayscale look interesting, since I only have Photoshop and I don't like having to mess with dot tones look in PS. Unless Tim says differently, in which case I guess I'll just get over it and figure it out.
Speaking of Photoshop, since I won't have it for the next few days, I won't be able to finish that gift art in time. D'oh! >.< I guess it'll get done as soon as I get back, hopefully before Em also returns and we get back to FFX and CoM. ;)

Writing: Guhhh...I'm sitting here trying to get the writing part done for my TP pitch, but I can't seem to get anything down. Which is weird, since I already *have* a story outline and character descriptions and everything written down as notes to myself. Maybe it's just trying to actually *sell* the idea rather than just outlining it that's screwing me over? I dunno. I think it's also because I am in an extreme non-working mood right now. So much for getting a bunch done this break...maybe I'll go spork something.
