PHEW. I dodged a bullet with jury duty! While I had to go in yesterday and today, they never called me up to the box for the interrogation session, so I didn't have to be sworn in as a juror. REALLY good thing too, as I have plans for next week and I really didn't want to sit in on this case. It looked to be pretty dang boring. :/ That, and I'm pretty sure that if they'd called me to the box I would've been picked as a juror, 'cause I didn't have enough good excuses under my belt. Well, I'm sure there's more boring cases out there, but I was fighting off sleep a lot while listening to them question potential jurors. So I just sat and listened, played DS a bit, wrote some of my cards, and whutever. At least now they can't call me again for at least another year.

So tomorrow I'll be out all day at the CTN Expo in Burbank! I nabbed a one-day pass, and unfortunately I didn't get into the superfast recruiter's event since I didn't hear about this thing until way late, but oh well. I'll go pass around cards, see what new cool animation-y stuff is coming out and hopefully chat with some friends.
