Chekkov was the best part of the movie for me <3 he just made me squeal every time he opened his mouth XD

Me and Star Trek are tight (moreso TNG, but I like/own the original movies), and I THUROUGHLY enjoyed the movie. At the end I was like "Oh god, they can completely re-do Star Trek in an entirely AU universe" and the old school trekkies would have little shitfits until they died XDD;;;. Lisa, a friend I saw the movie with, refused to accept it as a star trek movie cause it screwed with the cannon-verse and went AU XDD;;;. To make everyone happy, we called it the greatest Star Trek fanfic ever XDDDD
