Happy birthday to me
So
Some total moron was being chased by the cops up our street and hit the massive speedbumps going way-too-many MPH and smashed into my car and now it is totaled.
Also he smashed his truck into the gas line so it was leaking gas everywhere and then he tried to keep running from the police by, y'know, jumping off the damn cliff or something
Because he was trying to run from the police by going uphill to a dead end on top of a fucking mountain surrounded by cliffsides seriously that is pure brilliance of action
So now Falcon Peak has been totally smashed up
Ffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

Go find him and beat the shit out of him if he isn't already dead from running up that steep ass hill like a jackass. Then make him pay for everything....and beat the shit out of him again after the repairs are done for good measure.

He may just be dead from running up that steep hill, considering they took him away in an ambulance for some reason or other.
Also why do your icons make everything better

And yeah, it was a hit-and-run with several witnesses (the police chasing the guy) and my car was completely parked legally, so insurance should take care of it.

Here's hoping he gets in lots of trouble for running from police and destroying property, and that everything goes smoothly as you try to get your car situation fixed... *hugs*

Ohhh between my car and the gas line, I think he'll be paying for a loooot.
And heh, I guess this means we will have to take one car to the con after all. @_@

DDDD:
I'm so sorry about your car! Jeesus.
Seriously, when I first started reading this I thought it was like a joke post...omg what the hell is wrong with this person.

Sorry, man. The insurance should cover it, but that is bad timing (not that there's really *good* timing for anything like this). And assuming they caught him (which is probable), he should be liable for damages. Still, that's not a fun thing to have to deal with. Get the police reports and everything for the insurance company.
"Are we on Cops? Are we on Cops?" (Sorry. But seriously? WHAT?!)
RIP Falcon.

I am going to miss Falcon. ._.

But OMFG that sucks! I would talk to a lawyer about that...I mean, if the guy running from the cops doesn't have money, you should be able to go after his insurance company to get your car fixed...
Idiots. Don't they realize it's worse to run from the cops then just take the punishment they're giving out at first? *sighs*

I'm pretty sure that it'll be his insurance paying for it, since yeah, it was a hit-and-run with several witnesses.
I will never understand why people run from cops, because yeah, it DOES just make it ten times worse, and your chances of actually getting away are incredibly slim. Especially if you're running to a coul-de-sac on top of a mountain. 8|
