So yesterday my mom was telling me about this article she was reading in the LA Times, and upon hearing that, my first thought was "Man, this sounds like it'd be perfect for OTF_wank! I wonder if they'll ever pick it up? And lo and behold, they did. XD And you thought fandom was wanky!

Also, had our first ZBrush class just now. Our teacher was very enthusiastic about it, so here's hoping I get the hang of the interface and crank out some good sculptures! We pulled "names" out of a hat to decide what to do for our individual final projects, and I got the Balrog. Badass. XDDD

Speaking of, do any LOTR geeks out there have good references for the Balrog...specifically the movie version? I'll need to start collecting them...
