I bombard you first with a new Lunargyros page! (Slightly late, because I apparently can't date things properly. D:)

OOOOOOOOOOMG. So it looks like the platforms for the new KH games have been announced (from 0kingdom_hearts):

- Kingdom Hearts III [temporary title] (PlayStation 3)
- Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories 2 (Nintendo DS)
- Kingdom Hearts 0 (PSP)

My (incoherent) thoughts:
- Why is nothing on the Wii? *cryyyyyy* I wanted to go swinging the Keyblade around with the Wiimote! ;_;
- Whelp, looks like I'll be getting a PS3 after all. But at least by the time the game is released, the price of it should be down A whole ten dollars, OMG!. And hey, I can get FFXIII and some new DDR games for it, too.
- ADJkasdjalksdjls! One on the DS AND one on the PSP?! EEEEEEEEK! I want to play both, if I can! But I have neither PSP nor DS, what do I do?! I didn't really want to buy a PSP...maybe I can borrow that, or the DS? But who owns those?! *chews on nails* I MUST NEEDS FIND A WAY TO HAVE THESE HANDHELDS, IF NOT TEMPORARILY.
- I was hoping this was not the case, but if one of the games (CoM 2?) is a Roxas-focused or Org-focused game, I'm going to die. But I'd probably play the game/watch the cutscenes anyway...I'd just have to shut myself off of fandom or something, because I don't know if I can handle the AkuRoku crazies shrieking over a new game. MRRRRGH. I WANT GAME. I JUST DON'T WANT FANDOM. XO
- NEEDS MOAR MICKEY. I want to play as Mickey, dammit!
- Where the hey do Ven, Aqua and Terra come into these? Are they in KH0?

Would getting a PS3 from Hong Kong be okay in the long run? :O I'm afraid a cheaper price will mean a cheaper product, and I don't want the thing to die on me in six months with no warranty!

I know, just...I used to really find the Org. fascinating, but what with the way fandom has gone over-obsessive with them, it feels like it's stopping being the Kingdom hearts fandom and more the Organization XIII fandom. D: I'm just afraid any Org-centered game is just going to make the already-crazy fans even crazier! Which is what we do not need. DX But I'm sure evil Squeenix would be laughing all the way to the bank.

And I don't know! I would actually like to hear of what Riku was up to during the time after CoM, too! I would sit through a Roxas-centered CoM if that meant there'd be another Reverse/Rebirth with Riku's backstory.

Well, I was teasing you a little with the HK one. Mine came from Toys R Us there (and I haven't actually bothered to plug it in to my TV system yet - I only came back from Hong Kong a couple of days ago). But I bought the HK version of KH II from play-asia (which was a few pounds cheaper than the Japanese version) and it worked fine (although that's a game not a games console, to be fair) although I'm not sure if it will be cheap to buy a HK console on that site (although play-asia.com is a pretty good site from my personal experience). How much do they actually cost in the US?

I think a PS3 in the US is about $500.00 now (which is one of the many reasons everyone's been going YAY WII and BOO PS3), but they were coming out with some new-featured PS3 (kinda like the flat PS2, except different) so the original PS3 might drop in price a bit. I want it down to $300 or less by the time KH3 comes out, though. D: Considering the fact that KH is really the only reason I want a PS3 in the first place, the fact that it's that expensive is a huge ARRGH factor.

Well, I guess that the ones on Play-Asia are out then, since they are more expensive. :(

I suppose the best bit is to wait until the price is down (we don't know when the game will come out - if it takes months then the price will probably have dropped, so that'll be an advantage). That's what I was planning to do but then my brother told me that he had a "brilliant idea". I still haven't got any PS3 games yet because none of them look that appealing to me at the moment.

My guess is that the handheld games are coming first, and that we won't get the PS3 game until 2009. (I could be wrong, but that is my guess.) If that's the case, then at least we have about a year to wait for the price to drop. :O
