Writing: Got, like, a half a page done during class. (Class was interesting today! It was about that crazy psychological experiment back in the 50's where people thought they had electrocuted someone to death. :O)

Erm...kinda? XD Vexen was actually only in Chain of Memories, he was kind of the creepy scientist one that did his own thing and sneered at people that made fun of his research. *doesn't know FF7 well, but* he's probably the closest one to Hojo.

Promo purposes, I think. There were full CG renders of them before CoM even came out, and then during the credits there's brief shots of the Org. members in full renders.

There's also *one* scene in KH2 where you get to see the CoM Org. members.

But yeah, Zexion died in CoM, too... ;_;

I think it's way towards the beginning, during the long intro with Roxas. There's a brief flashback scene (I don't remember exactly when during the intro it was) about Roxas fleeing from the Organization. There's a shot of a throne room with 13 thrones, and all of the Org. members sitting on them. The ones that we haven't met yet have their hoods up, but the CoM ones you can see: Vexen, Lexaeus, Zexion, Axel, Marluxia and Larxene sitting on their thrones.
