Just googled it and apparently Ragetti is the name of the wooden-eyed pirate from PotC--must've been in, what was it, PotC World then?

Boreanaz was in fact the voice actor for Leon in KH1, but IMDB claims he's still Leon in KH2, so...I dunno, they've goofed before, maybe in a few weeks they'll have a correction, or maybe he was drugged while voice-acting...who knows.
