Yeah, I noticed it while watching it...the 3D seemed to make the space seem close and claustriphobic when they were on the human ships, and then very broad and open when on Pandora. Hence, storytelling device. But if all that does is give you headaches, then there's no point in worrying too much about it, anyway. @_@
