Namine and Roxas did both age between CoM and KH2, but they're also both special cases since their Somebodies are still alive and aging themselves. And in a Famitsu interview, Nomura said that Nobodies don't age, so it's stranger to see Ienzo so small when Zexion is clearly an adult!
