So I made it a goal to finish Days tonight, since I've got lots of important stuff to focus on coming up starting HOLY CRAP TOMORROW, and luckily, I did finish.

Playing out DeepDive was ridiculously AWESOME.

Xion dieing was miserable, everyone forgetting Xion was miserable, Xion vanishing from the bottom screen was miserable, Roxas waking up on Day 359 without any memory of the friends he wanted to cherish so much was miserable, running up to the train station wanting to go to the beach was miserable. Miserble miserable game LOL.

I still love Axel, but this game does prove once and for all that, though he did care for Roxas and Xion, he was in no way the greatest friend to them, as he never could fully break the "me first!" attitude he and his original best friend Saix shared.

Axel to Xion (about her and Roxas): You two think you can do whatever you want...well, I'm sick of it! Go on, you just keep running! But I'll always be there to BRING YOU BACK!

I just had to pause the game to cheer a lot because I was all SO EXCITED FOR VEN. XD I have no clue why there's love, I guess because he looks like he's Sora's personality with Roxas's body? He just looks REALLY CUTE ~~and like he's gonna get a tragic ending, too.~~

I know, DiZ was SO much of an ass there. It's like... WOOOW, BITTER MUCH? TONE IT DOWN THERE, DUDE.

Ven was in the game because sometimes Organization members see Xion differently (usually they see her as hooded), but there was a scene where Xigbar sees her appearing as Ven.

Yeeeah, Axel screws up pretty dang bad through his own selfishness. But I suppose, in the end it's ALWAYS been about #1 with Axel.

Well, he did kind of redeem himself in KH2 when he sacrificed himself to let Sora get through the Dusks (I think it was the Dusks anyway), at least he did in my opinion.

Oh, god. I know he's going to get one, but then my mind goes "HEY THAR, DISNEY and bittersweet at best and I'm already plotting fanfic, are you kidding me? LOL

Y'know, I actually thought this game was gonna suck at first. I mean, focus on the Organization...ESPECIALLY Axel and Roxas? Fanwank material waiting to happen. Not to mention promotional material seemed to just keep on making Xion look like an honest-to-God Mary Sue in keeping with the actual definition of the word.

But now I've played it; the Organization is well portrayed and it actually makes it much harder to deny that they were indeed evil, Axel and Roxas didn't have alot of ship bait until the very end there when Axel got all obsessive, and Xion's Mary Sue qualities were a front to disguise what a damn twisted character she was (not to mention geuninely sad...*sob*)

I've learned my lesson; until the end result, keep faith in the Kingdom Hearts series! (Of course, I'm already expecting much from Birth By Sleep. Seriously, it looks...beyond awesome.)

OKAY BASICALLY: the Organization usually sees Xion differently. Most of the time they see her with the hood up, because she originally had a blank face. Roxas is the first one who starts to see her as Xion. HOWEVER, in ONE scene, Xigbar is actually battling with her and he sees her as Ven (and it's Ven, NOT Roxas, since it's in Ven's clothes and everything) and Xigbar is talking as if he's met Ven before.

Aaah I so want to write some Terra/Aqua fic already. ;o; But I feel like I can't quite start yet because we're still scratching the surface of that trio!

That's true, he DID do that, I think that's when he realized that he did screw up and wasn't getting Roxas back (and ALSO that was him giving a final EFF YOU to the Organization, allowing Sora in so he could take down the rest of them.)

Wasn't in on the fact that Xion was not a real Nobody, but actually a replica made from Sora's memories.

I knoooooooow. It's terrible that we can't write but at the same time I want to. I want to do more with Ven and Sora-- how they're connected.

I'm latched onto those first seven days of Roxas ... and what that means. An idea that it's Ventus those first seven days and Xemnas jacked his memory. D:

I like how they portrayed some Organization members (particularly Demyx and Saix), although I actually think it made it pretty clear that they were a lot more evil than not...NO one except Roxas (and Axel when it suited him) gave any sort of concern for their fellow Nobodies; pretty much everyone treated everyone else as an asset rather than an ally. But they did flesh out the personality on a few people.

Now Birth By Sleep I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to, holy craaaaap!

Oh man, I'd LOVE to think up a drabble on how Ven and Sora are connected, I just wish I knew a little more timeline-wise of where they stand.

Hmmm, I dunno! :Oa My theory has always been more that Ven's spirit somehow had to end up in Sora (probably in conjunction with that tragic ending), so when Roxas was formed, he took on the shape of Sora's original spirit.

Well, we know the game is about ten years before the start of the series...

If you mean the weakest game state-wise, then yeah, I agree (from what I've seen of it, Coded seems even weaker due to being heavily limited since it's a cell phone game, but it's doubtful we'll get it here since cell phone games in general seem to be strictly big in Japan.)

Yeah, the promos just kept on focusing on her and making it look like she was completely stealing the game from Roxas. But playing it, I must say the game is definately still Roxas' game, and Xion's just a crucial part of his development.

Yeah, Axel saying that love like the Beast's and Belle's is different from love between best friends kind of helps die some of it down.

Yeah; Xemnas and Saix were already pretty firmly established in KH2, but Demyx, Xaldin, Luxord and Xigbar were just so...vague, especially when compared to the likes of, say, Vexen, Larxene, and Marluxia. You just didn't get much of a sense of who they are and what they're all about; this game changes that.

Really, promotion for this game just keeps topping itself. More of Neverland than in KH or 358/2 Days? A freaking Stitch world in outer space? I am SO THERE.

Is it ten years, or is it earlier than that? It has to be at LEAST ten years because of the destruction of Hollow Bastion, but it could easily be even earlier than that. o_o

Oh, but theorizing is the fun part! XD

Oh yeah, I don't even count the cell phone games, because those seem more like sidequests than actual games. I'll never get Japan's obsession with cell phones. \o_O/

I suppose Nomura always likes to go off on HEY CHECK OUT THE NEW CHARACTER HERE! But it's a little different out of context.

Dude, what looks REALLY awesome to me is also the fact that apparently you can summon any Disney character you've met into any world...so you can have Cinderella fighting with you in Neverland. 8D That is SUPER BADASS. Also, Aqua (and all three of them really) look sooooo interesting...
