Anyway, it's funny, because I remember enjoying Bedknobs and Broomsticks (although I also really loved He-Man, so my younger self maybe didn't have great taste). Robin Hood holds up though (despite the reused animation). It's such a great mix of kiddy humor and really smart stuff. There were things I didn't understand until I rewatched it later ("to coin a Norman phrase," etc.) Why does it seem like movies used to be so much less dumbed-down? (Maybe because they were?)
Speaking of, someone made a video of "Prince John, the Phony King of England" using Robin Hood BBC footage. It was AMAZING.
