Yeah, I've heard a few things about the fourth game, and I'm sure the new characters are really great (plus, the return of Ema Skye! Yay!) but...at least from what I've heard, I don't think I really want to find out firsthand how we got to hobo!Phoenix. :( It sounds like the equivalent of getting a KH game in which Sora suddenly is no longer friends with Donald and Goofy and doesn't go to any Disney worlds. Not bashing on the game, I'm sure it's good in its own right, just not something I want to spend money on. D:
Speaking of, I'm totally hoping for Sora as a secret playable character in SSBB, not just for wishful thinking, but because I heard that the composer who's most famous for KH was signed on as part of the music team for SSBB. And since they usually hire those composers to do rewrites of the music they're most well-known for...there's a silm chance it could be either a KH character or stage? 8D Heck, just because of Snake, people think anything is possible!
